another stressful day

Customer of the day: A middle aged woman came n bought a double tall latte. Minutes late she explains that it is not strong enough. So I said I’ll make anew one. She said why YOUR latte so milky. Then I and some partners explain that its recipe its like that. She then proceeds that we don’t sell café ole (half black coffee half steamed milk). Then I said yes we do sell it. It’s café Americano which is quite strong. She then said it’s not in our menu. I showed it to her with my fingers pointed up on the menu board. She that time still wana defend saying our menu board confusing. Then I proceeded in making that drink for her and finally she’s satisfied. She gave her opinions in her calm tone but before you make assumptions or conclusions pls la find out the info first. The way she sounded was like I’m RIGHT YOU ARE WRONG. She didn’t even look at the menu board before ordering and jump to conclusions that we are incapable of making her drink. Come on la dun be so arrogant la. Think what u can afford starbucks coffee you very high class la... So that’s my customer of the day story… My day today was just catching on my sleep since I working closing. Came to work saw an email: customer snapshot failed again. Luckily I’m not working at that shift. Signed an expectation form and have lots of plans to think of and execute cause my performance appraisal is near so I have to show the bosses the numbers. Damn it my head is so full of stuff to think of. Do u experience like you have so many things to do that it just clogs your mind? That’s what I’m feeling now. Some more now I’m kind of in a holiday mood cause my week long holiday is next week. But I have a lot of task to do and prepare some ordering forms and do tracking before Friday…arrrrrh…..I wish I’m a barista again…
