beyond compare

I went for dinner with my high school friends. There were always five of us back in high school. Eventhough we were diff class but we remained friends. I got a suprising news today that one of my frens, Chin is pregnant. Here's the scenario of how Yue Ling brought the news to me before meeting the other girls

YL: Don't be suprised when you are going to see Chin later. She's different now
AC: (In my mind , pregnant??) Why she is so mature now with her OL dress up?
YL: No..just don't be suprised
AC: What??!! Tell me la.
YL: She's pregnant.
AC: OMG!! How many months? Why didn't you tell me?

I bombarded with questions after. I feel weird that one of us has moved on to another phase. I thought she is just gonna get married first cause her boyfriend husband is elder than her. She's pregnant for 6 months now, baby boy Gabriel Wong due at Feb 08 and a legally married woman

I just do not how to described the feeling that one of my dearest friends is having baby. She brought some ultrasound pics and The Baby is just adorable, so tiny living inside. I'm just speechless. She's ready to go to the realm of motherhood..Wow a different priority, mindset from us. While we are striving in the exam, she'll be thinkin bout her baby and the future. While we go clubbing, she'll be teaching her baby how to walk, when we graduate the baby will start to talk and call me AUNTY!!

I already promised her that I'll buy baby clothes for Gabriel. So I'm kinda excited to buy cute baby shirts..A BABY..I just can't get it out of my mind that my dear friend is having a cute n adorable Baby!! Pictures coming soon~
